Meeting His Grace Today @ His house

a humble experience i would say
as i brought along a listening heart
very eager to what He have to say
about our generation.

iwan rang the bell 4 times - the call for the archbishop to open the door for us
then he rang a small bell to call us in
cute. at least to me.

we were invited down the corridor way to the pantry
thats opposite His office.
introduced everyone of us. 5 of us.
were invited to the pantry. its quite a big space with a table inside
we help ourselves to the drinks in the pantry before sitting down for a casual talk
His grace treated us to chocolates. weeee !

had a prayer lead by iwan before we started our casual talk.
it was quite a warm talk with 5 of us seated at the round table
Talk alot about what is happening with our catholic youths.
what we are suppose to do. what saccre youth ideas and views.
new sights and views were given. i was reminded in some ways.
I spidersense His passion for the young people and how much
he stress our generation is important.
I think he felt our zest too ! lol !

Some of what His grace spoke
" Everyone of us are segments of the Church...we are the present and the future..we are the possibility to reach out to the younger generation. "

" Theres a difference to be entertained and Be Transformed"
theres a difference of enjoying a meal and sharing the meal with others

" we can gather all the youth but we must nt forget our objective"

" the holy spirit is very important, we have to surrender ourselves to the spirit, invite the spirit to talk to us and to teach us. "
The Apostles know Christ for 3 years. What happen at cruxification? They were only transformed after Pentecost when they were given the holy spirit.

What He emphasized more is

* fellowship in a community is very important*
* we can have big ideas. is good. whatever it is . START WITH YOURSELF*


i totally agree with this.
we have to start from ourselves for the present and the future.
we need to form ourselves before we form others.
We must never centre upon ourselves in everything that we do.
We cant use our gifts because we want to show others we can achieve something.
But really for others, because the gifts were given to us
yes we need to form ourselves.
formation is therefore an important element
to form good leaders for the present generation and generation to come.
Indeed much is to be done. But we have to concentrate on what we have to do.

It is indeed heartwarming to see so many ideas coming up.events drawn up. dreams drawn up. dreams fulfilled. Initiatives thought up by the various ministries and brother Iwan.
I pray certainly for dreams to be fulfilled, ministries to work together and pray together as One body and for myself to be a greater instrument for His greater glory.

His grace agreed to celebrate mass for this event Leaders for Christ coming up in December.
yay!

He gave us a book on vocation to end of.
interesting.

an experience with His grace by the table with only 5 people around is treasured.
we were asked to pray for His Grace's health and strength for him to do His Will.
